If you’ve made it this far, I think it’s clear that I had a fairly laid back weekend. Beach walks in the wintertime? Lattes water-side? Yea, that’s pretty much the epitome of chilled out.

I really love just walking around and looking at all the different plants and flowers here in Australia. It’s just so different from the fir trees back home. And although I’m quite content to be an apartment-renter for the foreseeable future, I am already planning to have my own mandarin and lemon trees in my yard when I do buy a house. How cool would that be? Fresh lemonade, yessss please.

I can’t remember if I mentioned it last week, but I decided to put a moratorium on shopping for myself for the rest of this month – and I failed. But it turns out this coming weekend I have a function to attend for Luke’s footy club, so I bought this dress from Meluri (it hasn’t been uploaded to the site yet) because why not? It’s been a while since I bought a new dress, so I’m excited to bust out the big guns and get dressed up next weekend. Umm, and then I hit up The Iconic for this bag because I found out it was on sale for $20. Yea, serious fail. What has happened to me? Someone, please, burn my credit cards!

I hope you all had a relaxing weekend, and don’t forget to check out the Meluri $100 giveaway that’s still going on. If you live in Australia, you don’t wanna miss out!
